Anyone outside of our merry band of brothers will have us to go down. That's where the easy money rests, and rightly so. We would think the same if we were on the outside looking in. All we can hope for now is a major reverse blip. If Harry can open up a whole can of whoop arse on our team, then we can pick up 24/24 points. That's it. We are a team on the up. Many of those above us are in free fall and have no form. We, on the other hand are gaining momentum. All of our remaining games are winnable. Can Steve McQueens Park Rangers pull off the greatest of great escapes? Stand-by!
I see that prick Camp still managed to **** us over even when hes not playing for us. Useless keeper.
the results of the teams down the bottom over the last 2 games played have killed off any chance we had
They get you mad when they win and get you mad when the lose. The scum do the same, they roll over every time you we want them to get 3 points!
This is the first time I believe that 40 points may not be enough. 10 years ago West Ham went down with a record 42 points. After 30 games played that West Ham team had 27 points, Wigan and Villa both have 30 points at the same stage, alarming considering 3 months ago it looked as if 33/34 points would be enough.
I can't see Sunderland getting anywhere near 40 and Stoke and Norwich are both in a bit of a nosedive as well. I think 37/38 will be the mark, whether we can reach it is another story...
Sunderland getting a new manager guarantees them a win somewhere, they have Stoke at home and Southampton who will have nothing to play for. It goes with out saying Fulham away is make or break for you guys. It will be a tough ask but win your next 2 and you are in with a decent chance given the fixtures that remain.
I wouldn't bank on it, they have looked desperately poor for some time now, it'll be tough to turn around and Saints will be far too good for them...
Because of the forthcoming fixtures We have to win our games of course that's a given but something will have to give in these fixtures and if we keep in touch its really possible we can slide through the mess
They should be but for as long as I've watched football the teams I've always worried about our rivals playing are the teams with nothing to play for. I'd rather play Swansea, WBA or even Man U than QPR, Wigan or Villa. So many times we see teams that have been quality from August-February take their foot off the gas in March/April-May
Spot on mate. When all looked lost in the dark days of World War 2, thank **** there weren't too many around like Swords, or else we'd have simply given in to Hitler's apparently unstoppable march to the dominance of Europe. We have hope. We're not down yet. URrrrrrrsssssssssss!
