<laugh> You lot are really desperate to be this seasons laughing stock aren't you? We're doing our best to steal it but I fear you have too much for us in this battle.

Do you have an Agent McLaren thats looking for a new mission ? I sincerly hope not.

O'Neill was a dead man walking after the Norwich game imo.

its funny but kinda feel sorry for them, its spit of our relegation season and i for one would want them to go down.

cant see which manager they'd go for, not much about at the moment part from...

Curbishly, McClaren, Appleton, B McDermott, M Hughes, Di Matteo, Phil Brown?

I think they should go Di Canio. Yes the bloke is facist prick and an all round knob head, but he has the fire in his belly to save them. Big risk PR wise obviously but the situation is extreme.

I don't want them to go down. I did laugh when Titus did his usual yesterday. Whether its bad luck or **** play, that bloke just costs you goals. However we all love the derbies so it would be bad for both clubs if either went down.

We might still get them yet the way we're going! We are both in the crap.

If they go for McClaren they'll be a laughing stock. Obviously we'll find fun in whoever they appoint, that's our job, but McClaren will just enrage them.

Well, this wasn't a surprise but I really hope for Sunderland's sake that they don't go for Hughes.

McLaren's name has been bandied about and I seem to rate him better than most folk hereabouts do and having him in charge wouldn't necessarily be a bad appointment.

We need to sort out this North East football situation; having just two teams just above the trapdoor isn't what I want to see. There's too many teams on the rainy side of the Pennines at the higher up the league for my liking and this has to stop. I can only dream.

If he did they'd be playing Hartlepool in a couple of seasona and Darlington in five! Imagine the post-match interviews when he'd bleat on about being a family man and how that's important to him...

I would say that he's one of the worst managers I have seen operate in this game, and I have seen some lousy ones.

I think it's irrelevant who takes over now as the only managers available are losers . Would we take anyone from Hughes, McClaren, Curbishley, McDermott, Di Canio, etc. I doubt it, far better to see your fate then go on the merry go round at the end of the season and hopefully attract someone better. ( Providing you stop up )

Thanks marra, much needed and appreciated.

What would we do between our two respective clubs, if either one could manage a modicum of stability/credability/success?

I really do despair at times. Haha.

It'll raise your blood pressure. Not good the way our seasons are panning out, and the derby round the corner. :cheesy:
