Not sure whether to take this personal! How many other teams have had this happen this season?

To be fair, we did cause £100k's worth of improvements on a recent visit to Barnsley and it really makes no difference, as it stays as a 3.00pm kick-off and there's no restrictions.

Hessle Road would be like Mayfair in Barnsley.

Regardless of alcohol or timing, this game will almost certainly have a seriously pissed-off group of fans afterwards.

Massive implications for the loser (or both drawers).

Might explain WYPs decision re: today, eh! But seriously we're not criminals so this statement can't possibly be true.

Before anyone gets all defensive and sanctimonious, get over yourselves and stop expecting everyone to have the same opinion or to bow down to your idea of what's right or wrong. ;)

You give your opinion, others respond with theirs, that's how a message board works.

Acting like a soppy tart rarely has a positive outcome.

Yep that's how it works, some on here clearly don't get it though, thankfully some do.

I guess the last comment stems from personal experience eh big man.

Don't go trying to impress people on here by pretending you've seen my penis.

I assume most people will be thanking SYP for this one then?

Given there's outcry on here every time sky change a kick off time for TV!

Thanks to SYP we get a traditional 3pm kick-off and no travel restrictions.

Perfect, it might also convince the lazy sod's who would have stayed at home or the pub and watched on TV to get to one of our closest away games and support the team.

As the Barnsley spokesperson says though, there will now surely be a bigger attendance on the day. I'll go to this now, I probs wouldn't have bothered if it was on telly and imagine there will be lots who think likewise.

    Yeah me

My cousin lives in Barnsley and I'd have had a fair few good nights out there. It isn't the prettiest place but it's really good fun.
