Help people when you can, not just when it benefits you as well. Always honour your agreements - this is a big one for me. I've been well out of pocket and missed a lot of things because of this, so I expect other people to do the same. I have on two occassions made it a case of either my employers honour agreements I've made or I hand my notice in. (One was they put me to work our Playoff Final after having said I could have the weekend off and then said they'd "try" to get it changed, the other was trying to make one of my staff work after I'd said he could have a weekend off which was particularly annoying since I was covering his shifts without getting paid anyway)
