6 days 2 hours and 55 minutes im off the fags. Been smoking joints with honeyrose tobacco less smoking mix. Much better stone too without all the other pollutants.

3 weeks (21 days) is the big milestone. By then all the nicotine will have left your body and any cravings will be psychological, not physical. And keep reminding yourself that the cravings pass quickly, in less time than it takes to smoke a fag.
