Hart is only the #1 because our options are the worst ever. He is not very good and is very overrated. Baines hasnt been given a long run at international level but is the best English LB in the PL, he is also deadly at set pieces. 5 goals and 4 assists in 29 games is great for a LB. Cole has 1 goal and 2 assists. Its not like hes Lambert who is already 30 and thus will never play for England, even if his play deserves it.
