    <ok>

    Funnier thing is that he THINKS that a US-based company will comply. Good luck to him. Last time I checked, my US courts didn't allow a British injunction to hold water here stateside. Just saying.

    It also works the other way round too.
    A US court injunction is as useful as a dog with no legs in the UK.Do you remember the one H+G tried to get in Texas?It was deemed worthless the next morning.

    This reminds me of Rhod Gilbert <laugh>

    "I can't tell you the name of the airline I flew with for legal reasons... we'll call them Bryanair"

    (Sorry for wandering so wildly off topic.)

    Oh yeah! More hilarious is the fact that those b'stards lierally believed that a US court would tell a foreign court what to do.

    I know sometimes us yanks think the world revolves around us, but that was definitely stretching it lol

    You could tell those two cowboys were pretty dumb...their best mate is George Dubya Bush.
    They also finished behind former vice president Dan Quayle in an intelligence test.

    Everyone fkn knows his missus knows, he is trying to spare his family the media storm that comes with it being publicised and of course Imogen's book has yet to come too and she cannot be gagged in this manner but will be most likely paid off or has been

    They actually did though, until the Judge in the British Court told them they had a certain time to withdraw the injunction before they would also be punished.

    I don't know why Giggs even bothers trying to cover it up any more. After all the subtle and not so subtle (rhymes with "wigs") references everyone must know it was him by now. And this latest attempt is just self defeating. By making a claim for info from Twitter, he is basically admitting that the guy who publicised his name got it right! <doh>

    It was like when Terry went to court for his injunction, and told the court the allegations against him were true! And then Perroncel tried to deny the whole thing <laugh>

    P.S. If any lawyers are reading this, this is the Giggs I am referring to:

    if he hadn't gone to the trouble of the injunction this would have blown over by now. He's at the end of the career, so its not going to effect sponsorship, whether he'll get picked etc Sure it would have been less aggro for him and his family to just not comment on it.

    What you you boys think about Falan Fhearer porking Rabby Rogan? I'd say that was more scandalous
