For me the whole back room staff needs an overhaul.
The scouting network is ****, where the **** even are they?

I'd love that insane bugger Di Canio in btw.

I can't think about anything other than fighting relegation. New managers should not be talked about or transfer budgets cos both are massively different outcomes depending on if we stay up. We have to get behind the team and roar them into winning. Reevaluate at the end of the season. Where favorites to go down at the moment imo.

Why is that? He is a bright up and coming name in the managerial world and has just won back to back titles at Molde. 18 months ago he wasn't the right man to be an EPL manager but now he may well be. However, I don't think we could get him to uproot his family to move to the UK personally. He would for Man Utd job but not us.

Di Matteo showed great restraint and dignity under crazy times at Chelsea but also a great ability to man manager a squad of players that he didn't buy or coach. If Martin left we will need someone who can operate with that kind of restraint here too.

However, I much prefer my original proposal and another MoN season.

Would love him myself, I read his autobiography and he is one of the most passionate people in football, that coupled with the most passionate fans could be a good combination.

Personally I would give MON another year, this is not his team yet so he needs to be given the chance to build his team and play the way he really wants to before he gets the boot.
