    On another note, another one from the big 4 pulls out (Cahill) and our very own Stevie Taylor has been called up ! Chuffed for the lad, but ill be ****ing bouncing if he comes back injured like !

    For me he quite publicly retired when he begrudgingly accepted a move to Newcastle when Liverpool refused to rescue him from Real Madrid.

    He retired from club football with a view to preserving his international career. At our considerable expense.

    Perhaps we'll get a celebratory retirement brochure circulated showcasing all his past footballing highlights (aka the goal against Argentina for England). A pamphlet then basically.
