2-1 Wigan, +3 pts, still a game in hand, they are the Houdini Great Escape artists, not us - I think we are almost done & dusted, that's all she wrote!

It's said that relegated sides tend to have two hallmarks- "not very good, and not very lucky". Well we definitely didn't get lucky with the poor refereeing today. 1) Incorrect red for norwich 2) Incorrect penalty awarded for s'land 3) No penalty awarded for Norwich 4) No red for wigan 5) Handball leading to Wigan's second.
Not a lot we can do really. Had bosingwa's freekick gone in rather than hit the post, things could have been so different.

I agree there has been a fair amount of bad luck this season as mentioned, but you can add being poor to that.

We don't help ourselves, the first goal we let in was poor yesterday and had a major bearing on the result in my opinion.

We went from nearly going 2-0 up to 1-1 in one minute. It was unlucky but also poor.

We ARE poor, but improving. If we had started the season on the 1st January we'd be comfortably mid-table, sadly Hughes' ineptitude has put us in sh*t street...

A truly horrible car crash of a weekend regarding football and rugby results and refs decisions. That Macnamara tackle was probably the worst I've seen this season. Not even a free-kick according to ref Halsey. . . And he's a QPR fan.

Ive just seen the Wigan game, if anyone is in any doubt that video reviews should be bought in, they should look at that, the points were stolen from Newcastle who should have been playing against 10 men and had a goal against them that was a blatant handball.

Painful to think Wigan will survive this season to contribute f-all to the premiership next season yet again

They are better than Villa and Sunderland and so are we but it doesnt matter. Wigan are a bit of a joke club that never sell out any games. They dont deserve to be there when half the NPC could contribute more.

Welcome to the board again Sutfol.

Wigan are but a molecule away from being Stoke. After Sunday dinner this afternoon we put on Sky Sports expecting to watch Spurs v The Ruperts. When we realised it was Wigan we all collectively groaned out loud... GOL. As a club, Wigan are incorrect. There is not one discernible likeable feature about them.

Can't agree with this. No club has a divine right to be in the Premier League imo. If their results get them there and keep them there, then they deserve to be there.
Otherwise you end up with a select few clubs dining at the top table with no fear of relegation and no chance of promotion for the rest.

Agree but romantically the beauty of the game at this the highest level would be great all round IMO if Stoke WBA Wigan Norwich Reading Could get replaced with Leeds Notts Forest Wolves Palace Pompey

    Stoke V West Brom
    Norwich V Wigan

Or Reading V anyone doesn't fit well

QPR has to be in the best mix of a Top League ... The fixtures look good
V QPR there is history there in a way

It's all about the money and I am sick of watching any of the top 5 teams

    It's need a shake up

    We have to scrap through

It's everything to me at this moment
And I will not accept its over
Our story has more twists to enjoy and I love it

We are staying up and we will at good football doing it after a dreadful start

In advance I state I am not blaming anyone I have decided ... The ride itself is what being QPR is about

We have great owners who are trying to succeed at this I feel proud this is happening and never want to become a Stoke type of club

I agree that some fixtures always look more appealing than others, but I repeat, no-one has a divine right to be in the top league. It would be a very slippery slope if that were to change imo.

Right, so no small Clubs deserve to be in the Premier League? Where do you think that would leave us?

That's got to be Flyerism of the month. <doh>
