Best Driver: Joint winners for me, Sutil and Kimi
Worst Driver: Joint winners for me again, Webber for his crap start and Maldonado for binning it in the gravel
    Best Rookie: Bianchi
Best Team: Between Lotus and Ferrari, can't decide.
    Worst Team: McLaren
    Best Overtake: Kimi on Hamilton
Funniest Moment: Was Paul bitter at the end? Didn't see that so will point that down as the winner in this category..
Most Surprising Result: Vettel not driving off into the distance
Lest Surprising Result: Alonso with another Podium and McLaren cocking up (not in the race but a few months back when this car hit the drawing board!
Special Mention to: Hamilton, solid drive to 5th, he may have had the pace to challenge for a higher placed finish (would never have won) if they decided to go 3 stops earlier, rather than trying to save his tires for a longer stint.
    Race Rating: Solid 7.5/10

Why no more "Best commentator" category? In the words of Highlander "There can only be one (thank God for that..) Crofty!"

    • Best Driver: Has to be Raikkonen. I think Sutil's driver has been overrated slightly, someone mentioned the options destroying his race, but he was only so high because the options had already destroyed everyone else's in the opening stint. It was a very good return nonetheless.
    • Worst Driver: Maldonado
    • Best Rookie: Bianchi. Who said you couldn't make a good impression with the backmarker teams?
    • Best Team: Ferrari and Lotus
    • Worst Team: McLaren
    • Best Overtake: Webber on di Resta I think it was.
    • Funniest-moment:
    • Most Surprising Result: Raikkonen winning
    • Least Surprising Result: Alonso on the podium
    • Special Mention to: Marussia look to have made a real step forward
    • Race Rating: 9/10 - Not much wheel to wheel stuff, but a great tactical battle between Kimi and Alonso, sets us up for a classic three way battle for the title.

    • Most Surprising Result: Vettel not dominating.
    • Least Surprising Result: The super softs being total garbage.

    • Best Driver: Several. But only one of them won: Räikkönen.
    • Worst Driver: Maldonado.
    • Best Rookie: Bianchi.
    • Best Team: Lotus/Marussia.
    • Worst Team: McLaren/Caterham.
    • Best Overtake: Räikkönen on Hamilton. Although very much exacerbated by the latter's tyre situation, and eventually handed to him through common sense, this was probably the most important overtake.
    • Funniest-moment: Kimi's first thoughts about what to do with that Champagne…
    • Most Surprising Result: Red Bull not dominating the event.
    • Least Surprising Result: Alonso podium.
    • Special Mention to: Ferrari for allowing a battle (before having to separate Massa and Alonso through a pitstop); Hamilton for his spirited defending and eventual 5th place; Rosberg on his unfortunate retirement; Bianchi on his very creditable F1 début.
    • Best Commentator/presenter: I've now seen the full BBC's coverage and snippets of Sky's. This leaves not the slightest doubt as to who (and which) is better: Ben Edwards / BBC. (The 70s disc jockey on Sky; 'Crofter', is cringe-worthy in the extreme; simply unbearable).
    • Race Rating: 7.64: A very good start to the season.
