    looked like a arm-pit ball to me. How you can possibly intentionally get the ball with your armpit is beyond me!

    Well, I guess so far our main threat has been set pieces, so we're not going to miss out so much in that department, although winning as many is going to be difficult. Realistically he was the only real option to take off.

    I'm not convinced it hits his arm, it looks to me like it bounces up under his arm and hits his chest. Fox commentators think the same.

    Truth is though, if it happened at the other end I would have been gutted to see the keeper stay on.

    <doh>

    If the game has been ruined it's not because of the ref, it's because of Bunn leaving his penalty area with his arms up...the ref can't make his decision on whether or not the game "will be ruined" by his decision...

    You sound like ManUre supporters whinging about the Nani sending off against Real...

    You are ****ing kidding me.

    And Welly, my argument is that it was never a sending off, because Bunn never used his arms, and therefore the ref has ruined it.

    You can tell how the ball bounces straight down its hit his arm, wouldn't do that of his chest.

    The bad thing is he didn't need to raise his arms to stop it.

    Thats Bunn not Bassong.

    If it's handball, it's deliberate, so why wasn't Bassong booked? If it's not deliberate, it's ball to hand, and not a penalty. At the very least the ref should be consistent with his own decisions.

    You've been ****ing robbed here lads. It will be a disgrace if this referee and linesman ever take charge of football game again after this farcical display.
