Hope he gets in there. My lad is 14 got dropped from Swansea last year but it's all been good he's in another academy and doing well.
14 -16 were some good years for me in experience terms but just missed out on a few moves abroad actually. Spain and Mexico.
Oh nice one! Lets hope they can both push on! Only thing is my nephews and their dad are United supporters! Boooo! Edit - should have said he got asked and they said yes, so he plays for them now.
You can tell that you can play from your posts, that's why I thought you were older. My lad was in Spain last year with a Terry Venables Academy it was brilliant I hope makes it but it's so hard.
My brother is a Utd supporter, tried beating it out of him when he was young. Better get some sleep, have a good one.
Terry Venables? Spain? Que?? I was at Malaga actually when they were a nothing club. Funny how times change I guess. Sounds like your lad is on a good path though, is he a technical player or I guess a typical British player ( style wise, academy strikes, cut and thrust, etc).
He's technical which is the problem he can play CB, LW, RW 10 and 9 playing CB at the moment but British clubs want pace and power and he's a lazy ****.
The Venables trip was brilliant they played against Sevilla and Ath Madrid, great to watch but **** the Spaniards dived around. lol
Fellow member of the brotherhood..... I thank the.... or should that be ze? The mind wonders. and the beer is kicking in.
collage of beers. Big thing here is "make your own 6 pack" went to the specialty and have had some ACE cider, Murphys irish ale, Paulaner, Duval, and London Fuller Pride ESB at the moment.
Sounds good, I'm not a big ale drinker, Cider however... Me and my mates finished our own cider last weekend and I've got 7 litres of the stuff sat in my cupboard at the moment. It's toxic stuff, about 7% . It's not very fruity, and tastes a bit like flat Strongbow but its nice drinking something that we made <nohomo>.
