Have to admit thats the first time any side has come to the KC and tried to win. Made for a great game and we should have taken our chances, but we didn't. They bullied is a lot, we really do need a proper DM and i don't mean a makeshift Bruce, someone who will fight fire with fire. I still think we can do it.

Forest are a capable team and can play good football - unfortunately their game plan today concentrated on disrupting City's play and the officials seemed to play along with them. Rugby tackles on City players as they broke through into good positions were particularly annoying. However, City did make enough chances to have won the game and their keeper was undoubtedly man of the match. A disappointing result but far from being a "****" performance.

Hello, they'd won five on the spin, never going to be easy. A draw would have been fair. It's history now so move on.

And as I alluded to in my first message, I think your opinion suggests you are a fickle Man Utd style plastic fan. Just my opinion.

Thought we did enough to win the game, losing was a bit harsh- certainly not 'rubbish' as they are a good team. Their keeper was very good. Still second as it stands and I have a feeling its going to be up and down like this right till the end.

This^ and the fact the ref let them do pretty much as they liked. We played a million times better than we did against Burnley. That's football !

We have time to take stock now.

Oh and go easy on Roaring Tiger,i'd guess he's just a young un.

Good game of football, by two good teams.
Can't complain as this is what we all wanted in this league, competetive games no matter what the league standings.
We played to win they played to win, better than a dull 0-0 even if it means we lose out.
Have a break and re-focus now, one game less for Watford to catch up.
All we need is Brighton to do us a favour against Palace and were are all square with the teams below.
Cardiff really can only throw it away now, can't see anyone catching them.

Sometimes you play well and lose and today was one of those days. Today was always going to be a tough game but if we were offered 3 points last weekend from the game today and the game at Burnley we'd have taken it. I'm still a bit worried that we don't seem to get the results against the other top sides but results have gone for us today and we're still 2nd. There'll be ups and downs over the next 8 games and the race for the 2nd spot could well go to the last game. 2 weeks now to recharge the batteries and hopefully we'll be back to winning ways at Huddersfield 2 weeks today.

8 games to go, we need to rediscover some form and consistency.

We lost today because we were slower to the challenge, lost the aerial battles and our finishing was poor. We need to change a few things about, Faye back in defence please, Evans back in midfield and maybe a kick up the arse to the midfielders.

I have no problem with how we played today, a point apeice would have been a fair result, but thats taking nothing from NF. We now move on to the next game.

I thought the rugby kicked off at 5pm today not 3pm? Did anyone go to the palace away game and if so did we kick and tackle them like Forest did to us today? I'm sure Forest would have put half the Palace team in hospital based on today's performance....Palace are soft as **** though.

And when did teams start kicking the ball out for a throw in from a drop ball (after their player needs treatment)? It goes back to the keeper....not great sportsmanship from them, but I'd expect nothing less from their poisonous dwarf manager.

    Anyway bring on Huddersfield!

Thought we attacked really well, 5 cleared off the line, one off the bar, several excellent saves and 2 total sitters missed (gedo somehow skied over an open goal from 3 yards!) and we score our only goal from a very speculative half chance. Forest had 2 good chances and scored 2 goals. That's football, another day we'd have put 7 or 8 past them.

Our defence is very poor and slow to react, that's why we let 2 **** goals in which lost us the game.

Thought it was a **** game, we played some good stuff at times and there was excitement when we were attacking, but I was expecting a very open and flowing game of passing attacking football from both sides. What we were served, well, I think forest mistook the football pitch for a UFC cage and rather than play football they were only interested in kicking the living **** out of our players, so it's easy to say I was most disappointed with them.

Thought the dwarf liked his teams to play football....? Even Tony Pulis would have admired that performance...

Bill Davies has motivated them 110%- surely he can't get them so wound up every single game, they will have to get tired of his glaswegian ****e at some stage. Neither can they afford to get 5 (should have been more) players booked every week, they will simply run out of players.

They outworked us. They were also the dirtiest team seen this season, but fair play to them they did what they needed to do and we didn't. I hope SB can see that some of our players appear a bit too much in the comfort zone.

Let’s face it, unless we win every single game from now till evermore, the inadequates are always going to be vocal in their complaint.
