Doing the maths on this one has made me realise how badly we f*cked up the away leg or how bad the away goal double rule is. Basically all they have to do is come to the bridge, score a goal and chelsea need 3 !! as somebody else pointed out on here, going away for the second leg is definitely a big advantage. Steaua are only 1 up at half time but the tie is theirs to lose. chelsea need to perform.
True, but on the other hand all WE need is to score a goal, and it's game on. We had our chance at their place and blew it.
I think the away goal rule is spot-on; makes the away side more attack minded. Shame we weren't at theirs!
Although I dont do predictions(Because historically I brought on a curse that buggered Chelsea) I realistically expected us to cruise in Bucharest! We didnt! I feel I must now predict Steaeu Bucharest to win 5-0 at SB! Lets see how close I get!
IF Stau don't score at SB yeah, it becomes a problem if they get 1, concern is warranted as you cannot be sure if Chelsea will turn it on. An early Chelsea goal I think will begin a 4 0 5 0 romp.
Rolling out the cliche but the first goal is key. It goes to them and we have a mountain to climb, goes to us and hopefully the confidence will lead to us finishing it off. Personally though I can see it coming down to when they score or not. If we can keep a clean sheet I think we will prgress; if not, it'll be very hard.

6 miles between players, no one taking the initiative and creating space. poor passing. Blame Rafa but a lot of your players are playing very poorly, standing off Stau. Too much space for them.
