Eerie, really because I was at Carrow Road that day and there wasn't really the least bit of excitement for me or anyone around me when we were awarded the penalty. Just a collective groan when it was saved.
Most people around me in the Jarrold couldn't believe we'd got the penalty and amid all the hubbubb thought that a Saints player had been red carded for abuse rather that we'd won a spot kick. Most people, me included, though that Holty would miss (it had been that kind of day) and the bloke next to me actually said "Watch him miss this".......... and so it was written.
