Given the players at their disposal i have to say that Chelsea are pretty toothless on the counter, just wish we would cut down the number of times we give them the chance to counter!
I think we are seeing just why Chelsea are so far behind us in the league, there is a massive gulf in class between the 2 sides. We are just superior to them all over the field, we proved that at Stamford bridge earlier in the season, and were proving it again. Our reserves even outplayed them at Stamford Bridge in the league cup, only for 2 penalties to save Chelsea's day
Can we replace the mediocrity that is Cleverly? he is losing ball everywhere and offering nothing much.
Kagawa has been ok, its our favourite boy Cleverly, who can't pass, can't control the ball, not strong enough to hold the ball, no nothing. Nothing special was expected of him and still, he falters. Seriously out of form, not that he's a genius when in form too. We haven't had a control of possesion for ages now.
I think Sir Alex needs to tell Cleverley to never shoot, ever. Must have the lowest on target percentage of anyone in the squad.
I can't believe how bad we've been in the 2nd half, we just handed the intiative to them rather than trying to get a 3rd and 4th goal
