Nope, and nope. Forgive me if I take the word of DNA experts over your good self. The Dutch didn't invade as such and in effect neither did the Romans after the first unsuccessful attempt. The Romans integrated themselves in by making Roman education a sign of power. Prior to them, raiding parties came and went, but none had any significant effect on the DNA of the original inhabitants, many of whom would have a shared background anyway. The mongrel nation is simply a myth as far as these Island go.
