Seems unlikely... NIGEL PEARSON is under increasing pressure at Leicester and could be axed if they lose tomorrow. Boss Pearson, 49, has seen his team slip from second to fifth in the Championship with a run of just one win in six. And the clubâs impatient Thai owners may sack him if the team lose at home to Sheffield Wednesday. A run of five league wins in a row led Pearson to Januaryâs Manager of the Month award. But the Foxesâ hopes of automatic promotion have virtually disappeared and they are eight points off second-placed Watford. After losing 1-0 at Ipswich on Saturday then drawing 1-1 with Leeds on Tuesday, Pearsonâs future was discussed. A defeat to Wednesday could seal his fate. http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepag...uld-be-sacked-by-Leicester.html#ixzz2MwlBoVvQ
Manager of the month award seems to have worked again, lets hope Zola gets it soon. And the boring twat that is Pearson is shown the door.
The owners have lent the club £75m so far at an interest rate of 8%. It will be interesting to see what happens if they fail to go up!
Pearson isn't about to be sacked and i'd be extremely surprised if he gets sacked in the summer, even if we don't go up. Every foreign owner who puts his hand in his pocket gets labeled as someone who is trigger happy and who has no patience. Our owners couldn't be further from that. We've sacked two managers in two and a half seasons with win percentages at 33%(Sousa) and 43(Sven). Nigels job is as safe as Old Fat head's.
I hope he gets sacked and never works again. Then goes broke. Then one of his children asks "why are we so poor daddy?" "Because I'm a ****, son"
To be fair, TWF thought NP was a **** while he was here, it had nothing to do the manner of his departure. TWF has, and always was, consistent in his attitude towards NP (and AP, and NB for that matter)
Make no mistake, I am bitter towards Nigel Pearson, but not for the reasons you think. I'm bitter because for one and a half years he made this club almost impossible to support, he's an arrogant, egotistical, overrated **** with serious personality flaws, who's only achievement is winning League 1 on a Championship budget. So yeah, bit of a ****.
Actually it now tops £100m after the Thai owners purchased the King Prawn for £17m. What makes me laugh more so about the Thai owners is that on tuesday during TWS game in the directors box They were watching the Man Utd v. Real Madrid game on a lap top. Talk about getting your priorities correct ?
No Hope. Its nailed on that Zola will get it. But Watfords April fixture list from hell will also pay a large factor in there results.
