Used to have a liking for Palace - have been impressed with their support in recent years although dreadful colours to wear. But perspective from my kids who were with me last night - I'm resigned to crap officials costing us games and I am used to just kind of chucking the abuse out from the stand and that's it. But my two were fuming last night at the penalties and we had pretty good views, definitely the second. The younger one was too cross to speak, barely uttered a word the rest of the night and the other said she had never understood why football supporters would get violent until tonight! Growing up eh!
