Philip Buckingham ‏@PJBuckingham Sone Aluko will only be out for two months, rather than the feared six. Still a tall order to see him play again this season but good news.
Hull city have just tweeted his operation was a success and he should be back training in April? Possible play off cameo?
More good news... Hull City Official ‏@hullcityteam INJURY ROUND-UP: Matty Fryatt - Expected to be back in training during the forthcoming international break #hcafc
Hes not he's going to go one on one a scuff his shot softly straight down the middle at the keeper. I've said it before but we should recall McLean, proper finisher who aims for the corners with power.
They must mean full training because he's already trained. How long after that do we reckon? A month?
Great news for Sone, and the team. Am I the only one looking forward to seeing the possible permutations ??
Sone Aluko ‏@sonealuko Serious question now. 1 of my legs are shaved due to the operation...do I shave the other one or leave it?? #smooth (only up to knee)
On the flip side, Corry Evans has a quad injury that is expected to keep him out for a couple of weeks
If we continue with the 3-5-2 formation away, Evans needs to play in central midfield to give us a bit more solidity. We're a soft touch away from home at the moment.
Im really not sure why some on here are getting semi's at the thought of fryatt returning to the squad... He didn't show much before his latest injury and I don't think he's good enough anymore.
