Agree, this was a proper test of our credentials, we're just not up to it like the other teams around us. Against the top 6 we have a record of W2, D2, L4 with 2 left to play. Lets see how they go but that record just isn't good enough, it's these games that matter most.
At least we now won't see the stats before every game that overall our matches have contained the fewest goals in the division.

Whenever they do really well this team get complacent and fall on their arses. Three home wins in a row - lose 4-1, win 5-1 lose heavily again. Bring back the 1-0 wins.
Against one of the worst teams in the league. We're a team of chokers, we can no longer defend (if we ever could, looking back at some of our performances in early season were we were fortunate not to ship more than we did) and we're **** up-front. Aside from the referee, the worst thing about tonight is knowing that Palace are doing to us what we SHOULD have done to them at the KC. Remember Koren's open-goal miss from six-yards? The plethora of chances we missed, whilst they were on the back-foot for 90 minutes?
What sort of bollocks is that? The best teams don't take batterings like this, they certainly don't do it twice. We're a good side, but this is very worrying heading into the run in.
You know to be fair, the last 3 games we have leaked goals so quickly after each other. Even on Saturday when we were dominating 5-0 we leaked 2 goals in 7 minutes or something. This lack of concentration or whatever people are calling it is starting to become a trend rather than a freak few minutes!
Wow. This post shows just how little you know about football. Weren't you aware that teams have a quota of hammerings that they have to meet over the course of the season? Evidently, we are behind and are working hard to catch up. Hopefully Burnley thrash us 5-0 so can actually have a go at winning the last nine matches.
Usually I'm a negative twat like you but I see positives after these results- we won't keep shipping four goals till the end of the season. Agree with Erik shortcomings up front but Gedo is obviously not match-fit
If we win a game, we stick with the same team and formation for the next one, the dynamics of the next game don't even seem to be a consideration, it's obviously not working, our away record this year is appalling. Horses for courses please Steven. We're a good team, we just need to utilise the squad more effectively. Is Faye available for adoption?
Yet we're still 3rd and have an excellent chance of going up, you don't have to be the best team ever to play this game, you just have to have more points than your rivals come the end of your season. The fact we can't defend and keep missing chances (according to you) yet we're still right up there suggests that other teams have their own problems and as long as we can address ours we'll be okay.
