    Ferdinand was an embarresment clapping his hands in the refs face. Refs can still book players after the final whistle and Ferdinand should have got one.

    United's showing was poor all round. If the tables were turned and Real were doing it, or any PL, even if United were not involved in the game, Fergie would be saying how disgraceful it was.

    When you look back in the record books at this season you can rightly smile and say what a success it was for Liverpool because the ten men of United lost to Real in the CL. We're just going to have to settle for a 20th league title. I envy you lot!

    What a load of childish Mancs. LFC have far more opportunity to surpass the present domestic record than Ferguson will ever have in even matching LFC record in Europe.

    As for the subject of this thread. Well done UEFA. Ferguson broke the terms of the contract in being so gutless as to not to turn up and ban his players.
