    Goooooood Mornin Y'all,

    How is everyone,

It may be 3 points in the bag after mauling the Lions, but the result asks more questions, than satisfies.

The results of a scan on Varneys leg will determine who will replace him in the foreseeable weeks. The natural choice (and fans choice) I'd imagine would be Hall, but I get the impression that Warnock is not a fan. Alternatively, he could play three up front from Morison, McCormack, Diouf and Hibibou!!! Thoughts?

We are not the free scoiring side we used to be, and from listening to commetry over the last 3 or 4 games, it sounds like the only way we are going to score, is from a free kick!!! Again, thoughts?

McCormack did not score the first pen. I was not at the game so cannot really comment, but is his confidence shot to bits?
Was McCormack unlucky not to score; did Forde just guess the right way?

Should McCormack (a confidence player for sure) continue to take our spot kicks? Should his place in the starting XI be guaranteed?

If McCormack does not take the pens, who should? What did you think of Warnocks pen?

On a plus note, we kept another clean sheet. The back four of Byram, Warnock, Lees and Peltier are starting to look quite good, but if we are not scoring freely, there are going to be problems.

There is a big game between us and the play off zone. Is it a bridge too far?

    Morning all <ok>.

The games against Leicester and Palace will give us a reality check - we ain't that good, certainly not away from home, and certainly not against top 6 sides.

Warnock's handling of McCormack just again shows how bad a man manager he is. He obviously isn't his sort of player (skillful, likes to pass it along the floor etc) and is being victimised by Colin in the same way he did to Becchio.

Morning all - Warnock has finally got the defence sorted (it would seem) he wanted more goals and he swaps Becchio for Morrison, I said a few weeks back it will either be a disaster or a miracle decision that will make Warnock go down in history.

I don't think it is the inclusion of the other Warnock at LB that has made the difference at the back, more so Peltier not playing there (LB). Neil says he wishes he had this team at the start of the season, he did have much of it, he had Tonge for three weeks of January and never played him, maybe someone can update us as to whether Morrison is making a difference over Becchio, certainly goals wise he isn't.

I was happy with the result, still feel certain we are too far adrift with the next two matches vitally important, Leicester I believe have only took 4 points from the last 18 on offer

Ristac, While I haven't seen many games. I think Morison is making a difference, we know where Becchio struggled and it wasn't in front of goal, it was link up play. And it seems Morison is doing far better in that respect

Morison took 10 games before he got going for us and the fans were calling for him to be dropped <ok> But Jackett got the best out of him after that. It depends who your next manager will be as reguards how Morison gets on. He needs encouragement not some big nose has been shouting at him.<ok>

Dont think youll see the best of Morison under Warnock (just my honest oppinion)

Same as the Keogh argument though, link up play might be better but it isn't creating more goals. I wasn't Becchio's biggest fan but when a manager says the priority is a striker and he swaps your leading scorer for someone who 'might' have lost it then it is a stupid gamble that nearly failed again on Saturday. As for Habibou, play him or send him back, honestly what is the point.

Sadly I agree with the guy further up, three clean sheets against teams that are not in the top 12 of the division, two of those we were at home a reality check might be closer than we think, let's hope not...

Since the end of January we have played 7 games, 4 we have failed to score in, 3 we have kept clean sheets.

I would have taken McCormack off a lot earlier than he did tbh

Pelts had a great game and looks confident for once.

    ****tu was rubbish haha

Morison has won more headers controlled the ball more and passed to a fellow leeds shirt (who isn't a Centre Back) more times in the 2 home games he has played than Becchio has done for years

O and he is quick and doesn't slow attacks down.

Once he scores a few and settles in he will be great for us probably signed at the wrong time though should have waited til the summer to do that deal

Well I was a huge fan of Keogh and was sad to see him go. Difference is though is that McCormack isn't scoring now. I'm hoping that Morison will score but just hasn't got going yet

And I still believe our problem isn't hugely to do with the players we have but more the style of play and manager

Afternoon all. Pussycat Dolls were just that in the end; a bunch of pussys.

We weren't great. But another clean sheet is no bad idea. Can't help feeling McCormack would benefit from playing bhind Morison having the freedom to oam as he wants rather than play out wide. I hope that if Varney can't play, Hall coms in to show what he can do & give us some width. No view on Habibou yet. But we're getting to the stage that if Warnock isn't going to play him a bit more, maybe he should be let go. No point in wasting wages better spent on someone we'll keep for next season.

We're playing better, but the next 2 games will tell us just how much better.

As for Becchio / Morison, anyone that thinks January was the right time to swap your top scorer for A N Other, needs to keep thinking about it until the penny drops <ok>

    Good morning/afternoon Leeds :)

7 out of 18 points by the way, but still, not great!

What are your thoughts on this game?

    Confident?

Think you can still make playoffs?

Sorry I looked at results and did not realise Huddersfield was a cup game, so removing that it makes 4 points out of 15 on offer since Feb 1st <ok>

I haven't felt Leeds could make the play offs for a long time, actually haven't felt we could all season so on a personal level the 'still' comments isn't applicable to me.

As for this game, if we win maybe I was wrong and we do have an outside chance, it will also mean Leicester quite possibly dropping out the top 6 - Can Leicester still make the play off's should be the question, your team is obviously suffering from a lack of confidence.

The next 2 games WILL define our season. 6pts & top 6 really is on. Zero points & it'll be a long hard summer waiting for the new Manager to sort things out. Our defence appears to be much better now. So maybe if Ross & Co. can catually start scoring a few points against fellow promotion hopefulls isn't out of the question.

Talking of which, who from here is coming down on Saturday?

Im with you I never thought this team under warnock would make the play offs and in fact I was more worried about relegation.

Can't see us getting a thing from the Crisp Bowl.
