It was awarded originally as we were promised the stadia would be air-conditioned, now there's little chance of that this decision is becoming more laughable by the week...
So many of the FIFA delegates received 'favours', including cash in brown envelopes yet the decision was never rescinded. So many countries spent millions on their bids encouraged by Splatter when the decision was already in the bag for Qatar...
