Just back, Webb gave them literally everything, he must have though Man U were playing. The most one sided performance I think Ive ever seen, good job there werent any pen claims or near goals to deal with.

Its nice to be home so early. Locals arent taking it well, it was getting a bit lively behind us. Surprisingly not a single thing was said to us by their fans.

Samba MOTM for me, him and me picking Lambert in my fantasy team meant he didnt get a kick all game. Park got better and better as the game went on, got a great ovation for chasing and harrying four players on the trot to keep them penned in.

Great to hear that Park played well mate. I hope he gets a good reception next week. I could never understand the booing etc. On that note, what kind of reception did Bosingwa get and how did he play?

Just shows you've got a really blinkered viewpoint of the guy and can't give him credit when he performs well. Which renders your criticisms when he plays poorly obsolete as well, because you're always going to say he's crap regardless of what he does. That's the first game for a long time that he's actually played well- and about time!

Bosingwa was his usual lazy self, lose the ball in their half but just trot back without a care in the world. He should not be playing. They never read out our team so he couldnt be a target for abuse anyway.

No abuse from the stands for anyone, just a bit of muttering when something goes wrong but not a single negative chant happened.

Well done, Flyer. I'm afraid I bottled an offer to sit in with the home fans with a Saints ST-holder friend of mine. I think I would have had my head kicked in after 14 minutes!

It will be nice to watch MotD tonight and actually enjoy it.... Specially with Wigan getting what we got at home to 'Pool a few months back.

I dont take anything he says about Park seriously. Hes totally blinkered about him. Granero was much worse than Park today. Park got his mojo back towards the end and got forward. Lets hope he continues that against Sunderland.

There was a spare going around, you could have watched it if I knew your number.

I just hope we dont throw it all away by not winning against Sunderland.

Thanks Flyer, perhaps next time. As it turned out there was a minor drama I had to attend to this afternoon, which made watching the stream somewhat challenging. But I earned some serious brownie points from Mrs Uber.

Well done Rangers best team won on the day, Harry, blast him, got the tactics correct and for some reason Lambo decided to have a mare. I can assure you, had you sat in with our crowd there was a 99% chance of being safe as houses, unless you behaved like a complete dork, no one has been hurt at St Marys in that manner since we returned to the Premier, don't acuse us of being thugs without hard evidence or judge us by your own standards, thanks.

A deserved win for the R's this afternoon. I must admit I thought that you would struggle to get off the bottom of the table but the performance your boys put in suggested to me that you position in the league is false or atleast attributable to the way you played under Hughes. After the first ten minutes I thought that it would be a rout as your defence initially looked a bit powder-puff but the Remy goal knocked the stuffing out of us and the initiative then switched to Rangers. For much of the game it looked like the match was going to head towards a draw. The Saints goal was right in front of where I sit and alot of people around me were surprised the flag didn't go up for offside. You also had a good shout for a penalty in the second half when Fonte clearly tripped your forward but he stayed on his feet instead of taking a fall.

All told, I thought that Redknapp organised your team in an extremely professional manner . Samba was man of the match and had Lambert in his pocket for the whole 90 minutes. We were limited to shots from long distance and had Green not pulled off the terrific save at the end, I think we would have robbed you, somewhat unfairly of two points. Remy seemed to flatter to deceive but I think your defence will not leak many goals with your two centre halves. Samba must have got his head to about 90% of the balls he challenged for. Like most Saints fans, I'm not a fan of Redknapp but he tactically out-smarted Pochettino today cancelling out all of Saints ' creativity and hitting us on the break. If you manage to put out organised performances like this I think you will finish surprisingly clear of the relegation zone. I think Redknapp has the nous to pull you clear of the relegation threat and you looked to be head and shoulders above Reading. This is especially the case if your defence and midfield work as hard as you did today. The better team definitely won.

I would also have to add that your travelling support was tremendous and some of the most vocal away fans we've had at St. Mary's. For most of the game they out-sung the home support and added a lot more atmosphere that we are usually used to experiencing. <applause>

Good luck for the rest of the season.
