Is there anything more beautiful than guys who want things very badly? As a compatriot, Iâd like the Swansea fans who lambasted ML for sacrificing an away point before the cup final to make very, very sure you got the silvery thing, to say theyâre sorry. Or are you not ready for a Danish joke?
You could look at it in a different way though: as it turns out Swansea's reserves could probably have beaten Bradford in which case resting players wasn't really needed Just playing the devil's advocate.
I still think he got it wrong at liverpool, we did not need to play a weakened team as i said that bradford were a league two side and if we cant beat them on a perfect pitch then we had no business being there, It seam's some of us had more confidence of winning both games tbh....laudraup got it wrong that day and it cost us devaluing our goal difference by 5 goals and that could cost us a couple of million.....
I was very vocal after the liverpool game and i do not regret a word i said, and if he makes the same mistake again i will be as vocal as i was then, anyway Poulsan how are things mucker, And don't get me started on the flag business for the europa league
musty how are things my friend, feeling much better now thanks, oh by the way did you get the zeppelin cd's i sent before i had the pull
Stick to the thread lads. It says "Is there anything more beautiful?" I would say there is: http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepag...osts-cracking-new-picture-of-bare-behind.html
i shall copy them for you this weekend and send them off on monday, i will speak to our post office as well very sorry about that, one good thing tho i can add the O2 concert in for you as well now
i saw them at the 1998 Ozzfest at Milton Keynes bowl, they were top draw ozzy was on top form that night
It cost us a 10 goal swing in respect of Liverpool because they added 5 to theirs. I think the Club learnt a big lesson that day. But we won't be so nervous for the Europa Cup Final.....
I think Laudrup knew exactly what he was doing v Liverpool. If he'd stuck our best side out at Anfield we'd still probably have lost, or maybe scraped a draw. Instead, the loss seemed to take a bit of pressure of us, without demoralising or risking injury to our top players (because they didn't play) who were then 'fresh as daisys' for the final. All we sacfrificed was a bit of goal difference (and maybe 1 point) that in all probablility will not matter at the end of the season.
Thanks, MabonJack, things are fine – I promise not to mention your fine flag and the Europa league (even I am annoyed about it). I’m afraid I didn’t know about the possible loss of lots of money, Dai – I thought it was only about a point. M.L. would have known, though, so it was still for the best, I’m sure. By the way, did you guys know that Swansea’s beach was voted one of the ten best beaches in the world! I didn’t even know you had one. One more good reason to go to Wales this summer.
