If Diakite thought he was depressed at the beginning of the season, how does he feel now with us rooted to the bottom of the league and him losing to Watford reserves!? Seriously though, he’s only 24, with bags of energy and lots of potential. Whichever league we find ourselves in next year, no way we should be looking to offload him. He needs to learn to be more careful with his tackling though. Sometimes he just looks like a red card waiting to happen.
