    Now steady Ivor :)

Excellent, professional, controlled performance today. It went exactly to the ML plan, a strange but good call to play Ki alongside Ash, but havig said that Arry's dog could have played there let alone his wife! So Monk and Bartley must have been a bit cheesed off especially Bartley who missed out on a place on the bench.

A good midfield performance from all especially Dyer who was a constant threat and Hernandez in the latter stages as the Bradford defence seem hypnotised by him. It would have been nice for Dyer to get a 3rd goal but it was the correct shout to let De Guzman take it as the appointed penalty taker.

I must admit I was concerned at the thought of Tremmel getting hypothermia - it must have been a struggle to keep warm and keep his concentration throughout.

Top marks to the Bradford team and their support on what must have been a memorable day for them and now they need to get stuck into their league games as they deserve to play in a higher division.

So well done all on making history and have a great night. I must admit opened a bottle of red myself but its back to work for the boys next week and we need 3 points from Newcastle to seal a fantastic 7 days.

Look out Europe the Jacks are coming!

I think Bradford gave us far too much respect, they seemed to stand off the ball too much, and it made the game so much one way traffic, think we had 75% possession at one point, How are they going to get any goals with just 25% possession? I really felt sorry for them, but at the end of the day they had a good run, and took some big scalps along the way, but then ran out of steam on the big day.

Bradford were on a hiding to nothing once they went down to 10 men. Fair play they stuck at it and defended well thereafter.

JDG took a very tidy penalty. The first one we have been given all season.

So Europa place sealed, now it's time to make some money in the Prem, finish as high as we can.

Congratulations guys, don't think Dyer embarrassed himself at all, probably endeared himself to many viewers with his enthusiasm. To many good performances for me to choose your motm but if pushed would have to say Hernandez

Hands up all those who, if they had scored two goals at Wembley in a Cup Final, wouldn't try and get the ball off de Guzman?

Yes it was a bit undignified, but it was made worse because the Bradford goalie was sent off and there was a delay before the kick was taken.

At the end of the day it is not important and has slightly overshadowed theSwans winning 5-0 in a major cup final and playing beautiful football in the process. Some of our inter-play yesterday was breathtaking.

Do any of you realise that Dyer would have been the first ever to have scored a hat trick in the League Cup final? If I was De Guzman, I would have given him the ball, so Michu would have too....................
