The US U-20 Men's team is playing Cuba tomorrow and it's going to be televised on FOXSoccer(US) and Univision, so you should be able to pick up a stream if you're interested. I think it's on at 23:00 UK time. edit: Forgot to mention the reason for posting is because Cody Cropper should be in goal. Thus, the Saints Internationals connection. IT wasn't that I thought anyone has or should have a burning desire to watch US U-20 Men's soccer.
Speaking of internationals, I see Ben Foster has decided to make himself available for England again. I wonder if he'll ever get picked again.
Harts form this season has been woeful though. Indeed it's probably why Foster has come out of retirement, crafty bugger.
I don't blame him too much. As a GK you're not coming on unless one specific player gets injured or sent off which is very rare. Seems like a lot of travelling and time away for very little reward. However if I was given the chance i'd take it!
After a bit of a lackluster tournament Cody Cropper had a fairly impressive performance against Mexico last night in the CONCACAAF U20 finals. The US lost 3-1 but it went to overtime. Nothing Cropper could do about any of the goals (one was a PK). Smart move by Saints to let him stay with the team for the final.
You can't pick your games. Disgraceful not to regard being in the squad as an honour. May seem a waste of time, but you have to wait your moment.
