In part defence of my fellow Saints fans, I doubt they'd have been writing this stuff on here had our regular Pompey WUM not started this thread in the first place. He's been writing this rubbish on our opponents' boards for years now (and I do mean years - he was doing it on 606 long before not606). As the Swansea fans alludes to, what sort of individual must you be if you go around calling Southampton, 'Scumhampton'? Not to mention the term pony fiddlers.
That's a very silly comment. SWP is not great, but one thing he has got is "blistering pace". Probably be Townsend or Taarabt Shaw is up against anyway. Or, with a bit of luck.....Hoilett (he's quite quick too).

redknapp is only there to top up his bank account and ok you cant blame him for that if qpr bosses were willing to pay him, but he has got himself a winner whether qpr stays up or not....he is not that bothered and why should he...its just another way of having a pay day without any pressure......He laughs and jokes giving his after match interview far to much for me and that is not a sign of a manager worried about what happens....
He does it on the boards of our opponents because he's banned from the Saints forum, and his fellow Portsmouth fans tend to just roll their eyes at this point. The powers that be ought to just set him up a dedicated board, where he can WUM peacefully to an audience of himself and his cat.

The Scummers have always had the MOST arrogant supporters in the UK. Thats partly why we hate them so much!
Don't all managers/players have the same objective? The suggestion that Redknapp doesn't take pride in his managerial record and career is quite myopic IMO. We only see him in the public eye, we aren't privy to the facts. Different people handle pressure in different ways, you can laugh off a loss to high flying Man Utd but Saturday is undoubtedly a game Harry will have targeted as "must-win" so he'll be having a sleepless night or two. Try to be rational here, I'm sure Laudrup cares as much about his Swansea career as Redknapp does QPR even though the former could quite possibly end up at Real or Barca in the summer.
Hmm, I always found the Gunners ok, you must mean the Spuds who share many of the traits of the Scummers, the latter of which IMHO take the biscuit. Leeds fans have had their moments too!
