That's all too sadly true Roller. It doesn't seem to matter who we start with, nobody is capable of performing. We wanted Diakite in the middle, he didn't do it. So everyone wants M'Bia, he is too erratic. Play Granero, bring back Derry...... and so on, until we go full circle. This can apply to any player and any position. We are in a sorry bloody mess mate.
don't think we'll win any of them. we'd have have to score about 20 goals (guesstimate) to win the 11 games. we've scored 19 from 27 so far and the last goal at home was December. this I'm afraid is the reason we'll be playing Barnsley on a cold wet Wednesday in december.
You cant just suddenly turn the likes of Mackie,Derry,Hill,Mbia into skillful,talented, pacy footballers....they are just very average,league 1 players,so do not have the skill set to make the changes that we need, to start competing at this level.
