Not sure if you've already discussed this, so feel free to merge or close it if you have, but the French media are reporting Mapou Yanga M’Biwa's frustrations at his lack of game time with you.
L'Equipe are claiming that one of his representatives told them this:
"He’s working like crazy. He expected to be in the team. He left to develop.
Mapou is not one to complain, to panic. But if he does not play more, he may no longer be one of the four central defenders regularly called up by Didier Deschamps."

The reason that this has sparked my interest is because a similar thing happened to my own club Spurs this season.
I'm sure that you can all remember the press speculation about Hugo Lloris being left out of the side and the constant whining from certain quarters.
Deschamps himself felt the need to chime in, despite the player holding his tongue and saying all the right things.

I can't help but wonder whether this is another rather snide move by people in the French national team set up to force your hand.
It's often hard to come into a side halfway through the season, especially one in another country, so Pardew should be allowed to make the right choices for the player without such hindrances.
If he doesn't think that the time is right, then that's his choice and it isn't one that should be used to pressurise him by another coach.
Not very professional or classy, if that is what's happening.

Good luck in Russia for the next round of the Europa, by the way. Heard about your fans' treatment in Kharkiv, so I hope it can be avoided when you visit their neighbours.

While undoubtedly talented, he can work to force his way into the team like everybody else. Thursday was a good start, keeps that up he has nothing to worry about. Would doubt he would be trying to get everyones backs up a mere month into his career with us

The media are only happy when stirring up **** - and then wonder why clubs don't talk to them!
