Well although we could have snatched a draw it would have been a smash and grab. In truth we were a poor second for large parts.

West Brom pressed us well to the point we struggled at the back. They passed the ball and moved to get it back.

Still we could perhaps consider ourselves unlucky.

A question though are we the least attractive team in the Prem to watch. We just can't play like WBA play.

One of Sess' better games. Johnson you could say was poor but he never got a pass in the first half.

Fletcher and Graham were pretty naff to be honest.

Relegation is still a real worry. What a wasted season. Why are we constantly fighting relegation when you look at the money spent.

The sad truth is we are not at ex league 2 Swansea's level yet, and since the 1950's we have been rubbish. We should have just stooped at roker park with the 22,000 capacity because all the directors/ owners have took the piss out off us we will wind doing a Leeds or Charlton. And as for the players they could not care less as long as they pick up their huge wages. Short is going like Hall at Newcastle with these concerts now etc, we should have been be in the top 4 before he started this lark and the pitch is getting ruined. I hope we only get a 30,000 average as thats all we deserve next season and that better be a wake up call. I have seen no progression with this club so they have all failed in my opinion and MON is as bad as Bruce, and i will not buy a raised £525 season card next season.

Sorry mate but disagree about WBA, they are relying on a loanee in Lukaku.
He is one hell of a player and it would be interesting to see how they cope when he is off back to Chelski!

I do agree about a wasted season mind as I was expecting us to step up more than we have.
MON better be able to see where we are deficient come summer, we aren't good enough as a team overall to carry any passengers.

Once Lukaku returns to Chelsea WBA will need to pull a rabbit out of the hat to avoid a relegation battle next season. I would say that we are well behind Swansea.

The foreign manager looks asthough its the way to go... Hopefully MON will have us playing football next season because another season on the counter-attack will see attendances drop to 31-33k and a probable relegation.

Was I dreaming or did MON once mention playing like Barcelona?
