Would someone please explain to me the exact reason he is on the pitch? He is as good as a man off, we are starting games when he plays, a man down from kickoff! The oppo's are trotting past him without breaking into a run ffs! I have seen absolutely nothing in his play that warrants him a starting berth. His free kicks are now history, which was the only reason I could see for his inclusion previously. N'Diaye is doing all the graft and still manages to run back and cover for Seb when he can.
Larsson is truely ****e. Even last season when he scored a few he did SFA during the match. He has a chance to hide a little on the wing but in the middle is their for all to see how little he does. MON trying to turn him into a holding M/F? God hope not.
I would be more useful than Larsson and I'm ****ing crocked mate. Every time our play breaks down it is Larsson involved then he just stands and watches. Lukakus lucky goal, watch whilst our two central defenders make a true balls up. Larsson jogging in MF watching! N'Diaye would have bust a gut to get back just in case. (Probably wouldn't have helped but he would have tried. One goal back Haway lads!!!!!!!!!!!
Richardson was **** people defending him because of his history, even when he was head and shoulders the worst player on the pitch and so is Larsson. We persevered with Ricco to the teams detriment I fear we are going to do the same with Larsson. If you saw Larsson do anything but give away the ball or make feeble tackles, or worse still just stand and watch players jog past him! (Hey just like Ricco!) You watched a different match to me. N'Diaye was all over, breaking up play, passing and making himself available for a return ball. If we had even a mediocre player alongside him it would have been a completely different game. Even as it went we still deserved a draw. We shouldn't be handicapping ourselves with Larsson from the start of games.
The new Whitehead you mean, here we go again a vicious circle of players playing crap and allways at this club and half this team is **** and MON is not qualified enough to take us forward. I said last week we will lose every away game left and we will win just ONE match in twelve, we keep going backwards and i get the chance to move south i will take it and not come back.
But i dont get it, why Puck out Larsson?? Im not having a dig at you cause it seems to be a running theame with our fans.. We played well today mon picked probs our best Side and formation and we were unlucky. Why feel the need to Pick on one of our payers??
This thread should be about Mon selecting Larson. What a major disappointment he has been as manager so far. Can see us sliding into trouble again with his selections and tactics.
Because he was total and utter ****e the whole game. Other players of course made mistakes even the best teams and players have mares at times. With Larsson it is none stop all game, watch it back and see how many times Larsson was our weak link. A weak link where ever he plays and costs us badly in MF! I honestly believe with the way we were set up today and Catts had been in instead of Larsson we would have pissed that game.
100% agree with Mackem. a lot of fans will stick with/not slag off players which is a good thing and I do like that. But you need to give an honest opinion and not stick up for them just because they are ours. If they are ****e week in or week out, occasionally or just once, I wish people would just have the balls and say it. it's not a matter os scape goat and all that, it's facts. Larsson is frigging awful as was Richardson. It took Jol just a couple of weeks to realise he had made a huge mistake buying him and duly, openly slagged him off.
I would love to go the other way and eat humble pie over Larsson. But IMHO he really is our weak link on a regular basis, he is consistently our worst player and costs us. I like everyone else was creaming over his early freekicks, even these have dried up now and his dead ball delivery is getting worse and worse.
latsson os not a c mid player. simples. MON should not be pöayong him there and needs to take the **** for this. as soon as you go inside ir is a different hame and you lose the ability to cross/take free kicks et . for first rome i am saying Mon is to blame for this poor decision
Larson is a set piece / crossing specialist therefore he contributes absolute F all in a central midfield position!
We'd be better off putting larsson at right back and get Gardener into midfielder. Both Gardener and Larsson were truly awful yesterday but both not playing in their correct positions.
Larsson is the worst cm out of any team in the league. He contributes nothing to the team playing there. However serious questions need to be asked of MON as to why he keeps playing him there? Baffling
