****, got my train from Liverpool (off for the weekend) booked too. Pretty poor only requesting 1500 on our part too. Guess the two of us will have to sit in the home end.
**** Sake! I was looking forward to this one and thought it would be pay on the gate. Was going to be my 3rd and last away game of the season since i can't make Burnley now they moved it to a Monday! I can never make home games either That's my season done then, i'll listen on the radio!
Will the game be all-ticket in the Bolton end? Can't find anything on their crappy Ticketmaster site about it being or not, if it is I'll have to collect them on the day or print them or something. This is **** organisation for a recently relegated team. No wonder...
This is ****ing stupid, what a **** lazy excuse "we don't want to open up more of the stand" what a ****ing joke!!! Hope Bolton go in to liquidation they ****ing deserve to if they don't even want to help themselves...
It's not about opening a few more seats, we get the option of having 1,500, 3,000 or 5,000, as that's how the ground is segregated and for each section there's a steward/police/swat team requirement, so though we would have liked another 500 to cover the pay on the gate, we didn't have that option(we didn't help ourselves by only telling them last night that we'd run out either, too late to increase the steward/police/swat team arrangements).
1578 tickets SOLD OUT. NO MORE TICKETS FOR HULL CITY FANS. Get there without colours and buy them for the home areas.
Fook - what with Huddersfiled and now Bolton wtf is going on with the game? Was gonna go with my two brothers and pay on the day - this is plain ridiculous. Potentially five other away games subject to maladministration either by plod or the Clubs concerned in one of the most important seasons in the Club's history. Needs sorting....
UPDATE. Bolton looking into what they can do stewarding wise to open up the top section of the stand. Actually this is City fans fault to a point. Before tuesdays game we had only sold 800 tickets but since tuesday the others have gone. We got another 78 today and they have also gone. HCAFC statement. Looks like Bolton are worried that our fans just turn up and go in the home areas. Even IF the Hull end is full the ground will still be half empty at least. Bolton surely need the wonga. ??
Their fans are even advising going in the home end: http://www.bwfcforum.com/index.php/...ll-fan-in-peace-why-the-low-ticket-allocation
Boltons ground is big enough to cope with pay on the day punters. If the away end gets full then there is still enough empty blocks elsewhere available. If i were Boltons bank manager i would be insisting that Hull City get as many tickets as they need.
It is .. the vast majority of it being in the form of a 'soft' loann to their owner, whose name escapes me for the minute, rather than to the banks..
