Hobbs elmo Gedo. Hobbs was a beast tonight. Honourable mention for Alex Bruce, their only danger was Kazim Richards who was looking a real threat till AB wound him up and he went ****e.
Totally impossible, yes Hobbs was a ****ing giant in defence but EVERY player did a superb job, the FULL team for me!
Couldn't make tonight unfortunately. How was Evans? Thought he'd been a bit ****e recently. Back to his best?
how was Gedo today? it seems despite the goal he wasn't as good as the last two games according to bbc text ofcourse
btw thoses are the 2 goals
Probably the first time this season I've genuinely struggled to pick any of a top 3, every player performed admirably. I'll have a go anyway: 1) Elmo 2) Brady 3) Meyler The reason I went for Meyler instead of maybe Gedo, is because he gave Murphy hell all evening and if he hadn't perhaps they would have created more than 0 chances.
campbell campbell chris wood Best players to make your teams lose best manager Pearson-can not wait for his post match speech.
Gedo was fine - he works hard and really keeps the defenders on their toes. An excellent strikers goal again as well, great anticipation and gets in on the end of crosses. As others have said it was a superb all round performance and every player did their bit again.
Hobbs was immense Meyler never stopped, winning tackles and often gets into good scoring positions Elmo was class Gedo a bit quieter tonight but pops up in the right place to score, just what we need Hobbs Meyler Elmo

Spot on. Those were my 3. I felt Roko was outstanding tonight too, back to his best. Effort was MUCH MUCH MUCH improved
I haven't enjoyed a game so much in ages. Thought the whole team were fantastic, Brady and Quinn have a really good understanding and it would be hard to pick any one player. Also the crowd tonight were superb, loved all the chanting and songs. Wonder if the Allams are beginning to enjoy the football now, they all seemed to be standing after the goals.
