I don't feel any more confident whatsoever after reading that. Harry said they were going away to "get to know one another" a bit better- it looks like they were quite happy to stick to existing cliques! Shame the players couldn't be taken somewhere really diabolical & put through some military-style grueling training. Unless he said something along the lines of "relax now...because you've got 12 cup finals coming up." ?

But is this not the same in any job? They are not all going to hang around all day together, no matter what line of work you are in there will be certain people you get on better with and you sit with them. It doesnt mean that there is bad feelings.

I dont understand your response. If you are inferring there was anything racist in what I posted you are totally wrong. I was trying to establish if they are actually all able to communicate. If you have a bunch of people who struggle with English, then surely they will stick together in groups who can converse.
If I was Harry, I would line up a series of kids, including those wonderful kids from The QPR Tigers, to stand in front of the who.e team and plead with them to help QPR stay up. Our team needs to dig deep for the sake of their fans and their own self respect.
To be fair though RTID, i do think there are players in the current squad (Hill, Derry, Mackie etc) whose commitment to the cause could not and should not be questioned. I'm sure they are getting just as frustrated as we the fans are.
I think its only natural for such a large group of persons from diverse backgrounds to split into the groups they feel the most comfortable with. But this must apply to all PL teams,if not the ones in the other three divisions also. The job of the manager is to forge a common bond despite these differences - clearly MH was incapable of this and we're suffering as a consequence.
To be honest there are some decent posters on there as indeed there are on here. I don't really understand this sniping at other qpr forums. We all support the same team.

Yeah, they should've been put away in some sort of Boarding School situation all 23 in the same dormitory, military style metal beds, lights out at 9pm, up by 4am, Atten-hut! Then the cliques should've been broken up, the boys paired up with the one they despise most and handcuffed to each other
