He actually had a bit of a history of rowing with his girl friend and had been seen to clock her one on at least one occasion which was witnessed and is a matter of record. The report does actually say she was shot 4 times all in a close proximity. This truly does not sound to me like an accidental shooting. More likely a manslaughter charge I would have thought or second degree murder. Not sure of their law

 

Until we find out the outcome, he's innocent until proven guilty. Doesn' look good for him though.
