Another bad cup day at the office and this time going out to a poor Blackburn team at home. I would never have guessed we would have gone out, especially we've turning our performances around, looking better than ever. So where does this leave us. Will this mentally put a downer on us and get us whipped in the CL and induce a bad league run, or will we come out fighting and do well? This season has been so unpredictable that i really can't tell anymore. One thing is for sure, players like Wilshere will not lay down with out a fight, let's just hope he doesn't get injured.....

Unfortunately, i think we're getting used to disappointment now, so it won't affect the team at all. They still get paid regardless.

You seriously are pathetic, you officially take the cake for the biggest deluded fan out there, yes, it's all down to the referee, yes yes.

A few of us over at Southampton NOT606 have been swapping opinions on Arsene Wenger's hold on his job [No Saints today, so we're talking about everything else]. What's the talk amongst your fans..? Is he for the chop or a shift upstairs, or what..? No trophies in 8 years now. To my mind, that's not something that Arsenal would be happy to put up with, surely..? What if it's the Europa and not the Champions League, next season..?

Personally, I would have thought the FA Cup was a very important competition, at the moment.

Opinion on him is about 50-50 among Gunners.

I think Wenger made a bad mistake not playing his FULL first string squad. We really don't have much chance of winning the CL so we should have gone hell for leather in the FA cup. Just winning or coming close would have made a difference to the fans. But now it's down to a top 4 finish. I reckon it'll take Arsenal not finishing in 2 consecutive top 4 finishes and no trophies to put Arsene in danger. He makes Arsenal a lot of money and only the board and himself will be the decisive factor on him leaving.

I don't ****ing care. The **** are we playing at? All we have to play for is 4th. You might as well change this topic to "How much will getting thrashed by Bayern affect the team?" because that's going to be more relevant than this ****heap performance in a few days.

I was just pointing out that if he is good enough at concealing his bias against Bradord to fool you idiots, Blackburn is a walk in the park...

Because you never know with this team, they might even get a draw or scrape a win against Bayern. I know we should have beaten this Blackburn team with the players we had, but our best 3 players of the season (by some margin) were on the bench. They will make a huge improvement come Tuesday.

The tragic thing is it probably won't affect them that much. Most of the players we have are a bunch of losers and they are used to this by now.

I hope elimination from a substandard competition doesn't affect our team too much, we have bigger and better things to be concentrating on, like progressing in Europe and finishing inside the top 4.

First part is serious, the FA Cup isn't something to sing and shout about. Progressing in Europe, all though it's incredibly unlikely, I wouldn't write us off at all. Obviously finishing inside the top 4 should have been the main objective from the beginning of the season, and I value European football and a £50 million windfall over an FA Cup trophy.
