I don't understand any sentence that contains both the words 'Chelsea' and 'friends'. Surely some mistake.

And remember, no need for PC on this site so lets start as we mean to go on regarding the Scum.

My stepson is one of them, or at least he thinks he is. I always have to remind him when they're playing. I'm pretty sure he is more one of us than them, but feels he has to stay loyal to his dad. Mis-guided youth.

I am also father to one, and my Mrs says its unacceptable not to love him becasue of this...

I am hoping now that WE ARE PREMIER LEAGUE, that this might be enough to turn him...

I think one victory is all it will take.

My girls are Liverpool supporters, apparently..... However, they are still young. Oh, but the peer pressure at Primary School has a lot to answer for!

Surely, SURELY you put him in hoops the minute he was wearing more than just a nappy? That's what my mate did, and 1 1/2 years on he's still a ranger, despite his wife's best efforts!

Another positive for us going up this year is that it will create a future for our younger support.

When I think back to 7 or 8 years ago we were in administration in league 1 and we were collecting money in buckets outside the ground to keep the club going. I was looking at all the 7-10 year olds with their hoops shirts on and thinking that they probably get the piss taken out of them something rotten at school!!

Peer pressure at that sort of age is a very powerful thing and this would have driven some of them to switch or stop altogether.

Now kids can be proud to wear the hoops again and this can only be good for the future of our club!

He is a she. After years of her hating football, she suddenly admitted to liking it, and with her mother supporting Chelsea, and them winning the league, it was a lost cause. I couldn't really inflict, what in those days looked like being, a lifetime of relegation struggles on her. Too late to win her over now. She is lost in the dark side.

I do still have one other daughter who "hates" football, so you never know.

I relocated up to Scotland 10 years ago, and my 8 year old boy is avid QPR - and is busy converting most of his school pals - going to be a bit easier now we are Premier League!

Got to spread the word that there's only one team worthy of wearing hoops, and of calling themselves Rangers
