Ash as you know I've posted on your board from time to time but atm with all the knives out over there i've stayed away, I don't blame you for sticking up for your board but a couple of the posters you have are quite simply not worthy of your efforts
Ive no problem with any Jack wanting us to lose. Being from Wales and going on the Wurzel site and start grovelling to them is another matter. Dont worry about it - hes the one who has made himself look like a Richard! Turnip munching wanabee!
Don't know anything about the mod situation as I don't visit your board, but from my point of view you're a welcome visitor and we've had pretty much nothing but sense from you over here.
I think that's a fair enough post Stevo, and I do agree. I't just a pity that the sense he demonstrates over here doesn't extend to the mod situation in general over there. I visit very rarely visit and usually only after someone on here prompts it, but from what I've read, it's like a bloody kindergarten out of control. This board is far superior in every respect.
Ash, we've not 'spoken' for a while, but when we have it has been amicable and sensible. Don't let what appears to be going on with your board (don't know what as I haven't visited for some time) spoil the time you have spent over here. You are more than welcome, but leave the infighting alluded to where it is.
That's the point though guys. A few of your lot seem to be pointing the finger at the mods of or board for the problems there, when it simply isn't.
its a two way street, a board with people that discuss politely only requires mods who take a background role, if you have the swansea nursery situation then it requires round the clock monitoring, which is why musty has taken over the night shift as mod for you lot......... obviously you are one of the good guys but modding a board with that much crap brings out the worst in anyone.....

The way I see it is your not the bad guy over there Chico, but you are either inconsistent in your decisions or complicit in selective punishments. Dai's case is a perfect example. It's perfectly clear who runs your board and continues to make your job harder than it needs to be. Even your call for a free vote on electing a mod has been unsucessful. Wonder who changed the rules?
Tbh iti, it was a good call. Out never crossed my mind to have more than two, but after recent events, it makes a lot of sense as i can't be there 24/7 as recent actions have shown.
There seems to be a theme emerging when so many of your better mods hang up their boots. Norway was a good egg. In fairness it's too much for one, but four? Come on! I don't envy you over there fella.

The very first time I encountered a posting of your very own Blue Prophet,as he was known in those days before his multi name changes,and bans,was on the Coventry City board. It was on the eve of Swansea's visit to Coventry City,several years ago now. He "beg"ged Coventry City to "beat The Swans',since it would benefit both our Clubs." I remember asking myself what sort of idiot writes such posts,exposing such a juvenile attitude. I found out a short time later,when he came rampaging onto The Swansea board spouting his very own special bile. I cannot lay claim to remembering many posts from yesterday,but his Coventry offering seems to have been retained somewhere in the deep recesses of my mind,and this thread acted as a trigger.
