The worst thing is they've bought the officials. This game needs investigating.

To put a cursing spell on the linesman - to be fair it worked a treat.

Newcastle boss Alan Pardew on the two disallowed goals in his side's defeat by Metalist Kharkiv: "Both goals are onside and fundamentally the officials got them wrong. It was a great game, Metalist are a good side and we played a great game tonight, we were physical and technical enough and in these games those are the margins. I can accept one but twice is tough to take. The law says it should favour the striker and both those decisions were level."

Or maybe they know that due to the match fixing arrangement, we WILL lose the overall tie.

<laugh> I feel there have been dark forces at work tonight. We must not under-estimate the peers of the dark side. Meditate on this I will.

At the back we looked okay, mbiaw looks class, sissko still looks another snip
Going forward we look pony no spark, again tonight the failure of signing a replacement for ba has came back to haunt us like it did on Saturday.
Granted we were shafted on the off sides but cisse again missed some sitters, he has gone from a top striker to a shola ameobi ilic
We need a step change against Southampton as nothing but 3 points will do
Fingers crossed the gouff and hba might play some part as we need it

My thoughts on the game, having just got back. Hopeless performance against a pretty weak side. The possession was shocking, the crossing was shocking, the finishing was shocking, the linesman and ref are bought and paid for. Not really worth freezing my nads off to watch to be honest. Pardew has seemingly Pardew-ed our new recruits <wah>

Thought Mbiwa looks a bit powder-puff, but decent on the ball. He was beaten in the air comfortably and shrugged off the ball a couple of times, but never beaten like Santon, who had another abysmal game.

The absolute worst part of it, though, was the disgrace called a "premium burger"... £3.90 for a burger with a seafood sauce (and it wasn't even the proper seafood sauce, it was a cheapo mayo and ketchup mix) on????!!!!!! Disgusting. Stay well clear people!

If Pardew if ever does the Santon + Jonas left flank ****, I swear I'm running on the pitch to throw my ST at him. Horrible tactics, as if we haven't had enough evidence that they're too similar to work!!! ARRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
