Staying in premier league all day long. If it was a choice between winning the Europa league and finishing 15th/16th then Europa league. Which is probably more realistic if we prioritised appropriately

Premiership survival is the first priority. I would be happy to see the Europa league the second priority.

The only way we can get into Europe this year is to win this competition. There are some big names left, to be sure, but we have recently beaten Chelsea and don't think any of these clubs are too good for us on a good day. I would field a strong team against Metalist as we have a free wekend. If we beat Southamption and are on 30 points with 11 games left, then I would give the cup run everything we've got. i'd rather finish 16th and be in a cup final that grind out 10th with nothing to shout about

    Prem survival.

Europa League just isn't worth it. It's a good achievement, but the money in it is pittance compared to the CL.

Premier league survival first, then EL.

Got to survive in the Prem this season esp with the extra tv money being pumped into the league.
However if it looks like survival is assured, then throw it all at the EL.

It's not too much to ask for a decent midtable (10th - 12th) finish and the EL trophy is it?

For the sake of balance and avoiding the tedium of agreement...

I think we should gun for Europa glory!!!

Sure, the premier league has untold millions, keeps our best players, and means my ST allows me to watch Van Persie, Silva, Mata and Shola destroy the mackems, but at what cost to our morals? Won't somebody think of the children! "Dad, tell me again how we boringly survived in the premier league and got knocked out by Metalist playing the reserves, it's my favourite bed-time story"... Doesn't happen...

Head says Prem, heart says Europe League. The club deserves some silverware.

Funny why we are always seen as having a choice, we dont. Simple as that. Of course any true fan would take the cup win but with prem survival too even if we were 4th bottom surviving by 1 goal. But, why do we need to choose? Both are very possible. Thats my choice, lets go for it.
Of course finances are important and relegation costs you your best players generally too apart from no-one wanting to play another Championship season but of course promotion can be won in one season, when did we last win a trophy???

If it's one or the other, then Premier League all day long. But say we string a few wins together, get to a reasonable table position and we're still in the Europa League. We may as well give it a massive go

Yes prem is the priority but I think we should go for it in Europe now. I would hate to see us go out with whimper and willo just punting it to shola over and over again

The negative effects of going down are too much to take.
