Pfffft, suddenly 6th seems like a pipe dream now. I remember when we used to be good. I don't usually get all negative but ****ing hell we're getting so little to be positive about. This must be what it feels like to have supported the blue half for the past 20 years.
Bucktooth did **** all wrong. He was barged in the back and went down. I wouldn't have given a pen (I would have for the handball later) but nine-tenths of forwards in the league would have gone down when 90kg defender runs into the back of 70kg forward. Suarez was given a ****ing good kicking tonight. cynically tripped on at least three occasions. "party piece' my arse.
I agree with this from the half way line up. But.... Before that we have a dreadful back 6 (& I include Lucas in that until he gets back to his best he has done little more than Allen has & had to face the same isolation from the rest of the midfield) at their best the FB's contribute up front & not at the back which means not a lot then; at worst they contribute nowhere on the pitch, except to create extra pressure on the DM & CB's. Our CB's young and old are rubbish to man & have been for a season & a half so its not "system" to blame. Its the modern system used at the back by most teams for christs sake. Carragher looking the best and at his age; with his turning circle, as nostalgic as it is; this is in reality a terrible statement about our defensive squad. The further we push up chasing a game exacerbates how rubbish our back line is. Reina is a bag of ****. Can't catch , is nervous & has lost all judgement. The odd flying save is pointless if you make the Opposition strikers mind up far too easily. If even one of our AM's has an off day our attack goes out the window. So yes I'm angry & yes I'll calm down & realise this is what I expected this year but I'll not tolerate the manger saying good but unlucky performances or yet another ****wit of a player saying how much they want to prove us wrong.
What was surprising for me was, the fact we didn't show any damn urgency till the very end. By half time the players should have realized it, to put the tika taka non sense to bed and try and put them on the back foot. We weren't penetrative and Brom was happy to watch the tika taka all day. Just agonizing really, I will have tough time getting over this one.

Yeah, back to default. Although to be fair the one time he tried criticising players he got vilified lol. In a way he's right though. You can't fault an unfinished & off top form; an average team being....well, average: even with loads of effort. No point in telling them they're **** every week. Just show the door to those that can't improve. But. We disappear as a team far too many times in a match.
