That just about sums up my mood.

Just got home from THAT game.

Before I give you my thoughts I'm going to have dinner, try and calm down and watch MOTD, because I dont actually believe some of what I saw today.

Oh and to cap it all off, I was flashed by a speed camera 4 miles from home.

I'll be back a bit later.

I cant wait for MOTD to post my thoughts.

Where do I start. First half. We defended far too deep, gave them all the space they needed and defensively were woeful. Cesar at fault for both the first goals along with schoolboy defending. Both full backs were skinned time and time again by their wingers. Up front we had nothing, absolutely nothing.

Before the game I actually thought we had a good chance after recent performances. How wrong could I be. We got eaxactly what we deserved, nothing. What I dont understand is how we can go from the recent strong defensive performances to that in a week. Our defence really was that bad. And Swansea could have given us a real hiding rather than just teasing us.

After dropping points against Norwich we should have gone for it today and attacked. But arry decided to put Adel up front on his own and mackie out wide leaving Bothroyd and Zamora on the bench. If BZ can only play 45 minutes why dont we use him in the first half to try and get our noses in front rather than bring him on at 0-2 down. The end result today was that by HT it was game over, then we scored on 47 minutes and we were back in it. Until our crap defending along with swanseas pass and move play finished us off. Think we may need to get DJ back.

Traore today was a liability and Onuha not much better. Samba seemed to allow Michu to overpower him for the 4th, I need to watch that on MOTD, I didnt believe what I saw.

Our midfield sat so deep we just invited them onto us. I thought Jenas was very poor, also Derry. Mackie totally innefective as was Townsend.

Unless Arry starts being more positive against the teams outside the top 6 we have no chance, we are going down. Simple as that. Id rather lose attacking than go down playing defensive crap without having a pop at goal.

On a final point, the ref today was garbage, we should have had a pen and his decisions were poor, but dont let that cover up what was a poor, poor performance. Simply put, we let them play us off the park. As individuals I dont think they are better than us, but they play as a team, we dont.

Whatever happens, this summer we need a real clearout, and then build again. A lot of our team have no bottle.

Thats it in a nutshell Sussex. 'Arry can buy as many big signings as he wants - unless they play as a team QPR will be relegated. Time for 'Arry to roll up his sleeves for some serious coaching - if he is capable of it.

After watching MOTD maybe I was harsh on Cesar for the first two but he should have stopped the third.

Overall it was such a poor quality performance, not good enough at this level.

Well said. As soon as I saw we weren't starting with a clear front man my heart sank a little. Why not just play at least one striker and go for it!
