Even without the 25 man squad situation he'd be unavailable. You definitely can't recall Cisse. The loan is an international one (not important in itself), which means the loan has to be a long term one rather than an emergency loan. If a player is out on a long term loan at the end of the transfer window he's not eligible to play for you again until the start of the next transfer window (keepers are an exception). DJ on the other hand has gone out on an emergency loan, so he is recallable after the first 28 days (no need for clauses or any other crap the press come out with to make it look like they know something about the deal itself)
If you watch the video in the OP you can see a pattern. Remy scores as many goals with his head if not more than he does with his feet. Would it not be a good ploy to sling some crosses in from the wings?
