I meant a lot of people from Goole went to watch Leeds instead of Hull due to Goole's location

Ahh, fair comment, but that always used to be the case for most places in the Yorkshire region (apart from L**Ds and the Sheffield clubs) to be honest. North and East Yorkshire was basically their territry (cringe)

I don't really see much problem because I sit in the South Stand, where do these guys sit?

They sound like they make a day out of the football, which I haven't really got a problem with, if they have a few too many and it affects their behaviour then perhaps the ground staff should look into it. Can't see it being an issue unless the people around them start to complain.

I couldn't give a flying **** if Guzler and his mates have attended every game for the past thirty years. He's a ****ing idiot.

Funnily enough I don't judge a human being on how many football matches he/ she has attended.

I have seen with my own two eyes that sorry excuse of a human being behaving deplorably and saw his arse fall out when he was fronted up about it.

As for saying it 's cowardly to criticise people who can't defend themselves because they don't use this board?

**** me is that some kind of joke?

Didn't know hooliganism was still a thing required.

I sat with my father in law in the West Stand at the Barnsley cup game and had to put up with the constant drivel coming out of the mouths of the so called quiet and respectable City fans. Little digs all game and constant sniping coming from all angles around me. Then a minority boo'ed the lads off at half time. THESE people make me ashamed to be a City fan!

In all fairness, I moaned at the Barnsley game, all the players apart from McShane looked as though they couldn't be bothered. You can't expect fans to say good things about the squad when we were completely outplayed by a bottom 3 side.

Agreed. I use to sit in W11/12 quite often, but some fat knob with all of his cronies in front of me CONSTANTLY slagged the team off. We could be winning and he would still find something to moan about. So we sit in E3 now :)

If you're referring to me, I have only sat in the west once, and that was the Cup game last season against Crawley, right in the NW Corner... I usually sit E2.

Yeah I moaned aswell AFTER the game, walking back to my car. I said a lot of things you wouldnt class as "good". But while I was there, I was behind the team 100%. The Barnsley game was just a recent example. I was in W2 that day, I've sat in W1 with some smart arse kid behind me, slating Matty Fryatt from start to finish whether he played well or not! When I was in S3 it happened there! I often get tickets for the Premier Club and have to put up "fans" in there bitching and moaning while their stuck up wives sit with a blanket and flask and have the cheek to tut at me and ask me to quieten down!

I tend to agree, you can be vocal and support your team without being a grade A cock

I freely admit that I'm coming to this thread cold: I've never heard of the Goole tigers and don't get get to as many games as I used to nowadays. However, it's clear from several posters on here (who I respect the opinion of) that there's an element of hooliganism about their behaviour. The only counter argument I've seen put forward is "yeah but they attend all the games and have done for a number of years". If this really is being put forward as some kind of excuse (or even justification) for their behaviour then that doesn't fly with me I'm afraid. I personally see no reason for any sort of aggressive, abusive or offensive behaviour towards opposition players or fans and it's bollocks that you can't have a 'good atmosphere' without this. Just because you've been to every game since the '80s doesn't mean you should still behave like it is the '80s.
