Arteta's tackle was brilliant. Took all of the ball, Owen didn't like it and tried to punch Arteta when he was on the floor. Arteta gave him a shove, Owen went to shove him back and in the process ran in to the advancing Wilshere who put him right in his place <ok>

Did anybody else notice Shawcross whining to the ref about Arsenal wasting time ? <doh>

And did anybody see where Szczesny was wasting time pretending he didn't know the ball was behind him ? <laugh>

Cut Wilshere in half and he'd have Arsenal written through the middle of him like a stick of Rock <ok>

One good week does not make him a player good enough for Arsenal. He could have scored more and today didnt do enough to try to get on the end of crosses or even in good positions to make a target.

And as for Owens "punch". I thought it was handbags really but loved Wilsheres reaction to get in there quick to push Owen away and then keep his hands down when Owen pushed him back and barged into him. <ok>

More to the point, when did Mikel Arteta become a hard man? I've noticed this season he hasn't taken any **** from anyone.

You'd think Mikel would be teaching Jack stuff, not the other way around.

Got to say though, today showed how important Arteta is to us. Kept the tempo of play up, and did his captain's duties well.

Just seen our winning goal described as 'controversial' on SSN. Good grief. <doh>

It was a deflection from a Stoke player. Nothing dodgy about it. Maybe if the Lino had eyes, then the media wouldn't be out trying to portray us as the bad guys for beating "little old Stoke".

To be honest Huth played very well and he marshalled Giroud effectively today. Giroud got himself in good positions on several occasions. The one that springs to mind is Nacho's chipped cross that he made the run for and very nearly connected with.

Thank **** Foy overruled the muppet. Imagine if we had been denied three points because of that idiot of a linesman? Would have never got over it.

Describing the goal as 'controversial' is ******ed. It was only controversial in the mind of one senile linesman.

Huth, Begovic and Crouch are the only players on Stoke who I absolutely don't despise.

"I am not completely objective when it comes to Ryan Shawcross!" Arsene Wenger
you know you are a scumbag if Wenger makes this statement about you.

What a laughable excuse for a manager he is. He actually said that he thought they deserved a point. Sorry mate, you have to play football to deserve anything out of a game. **** off, pure ****.
