We keep a 7 point gap, 2 more wins and we can start looking forward instead of backwards

 

A handy 2 -1 to Hartlepool, scorers Hartley and Poole.

 

We've still got to play four of the bottom five, and three of them are at home. This is the same bottom five that have managed to gain just three points on us despite us taking just three points from our last eight games. Obviously we could still get dragged into it if we don't get a win or two soon, but I'm taking some comfort in the fact that Villa, QPR, Southampton and Wigan seem to be trying their hardest to throw away points at the moment.
